The US EPA released its proposed Clean Power Plan June 2, 2014, a state-based program guideline to address carbon pollution for existing power generation sources based on Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act.
To address this potentially industry-changing rule, Black & Veatch is hosting the GREENHOUSE GAS STRATEGIES FORUM to discuss the impacts of this guideline on the electric generation industry.
