We are really excited for the 2015 Annual Alumni Retreat! It is the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend, hopefully you can take advantage of the long weekend to enjoy Arizona's beautiful winter weather and catching up with friends.
- Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, a written cancellation notice must be received 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations received after 2 weeks will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. No refund will be given on or after the retreat date.

- Workshop Participants from any week-long intensive workshop on The Meadows campus.
- Family Week Participants who completed the family week program along side the patient at The Meadows, Dawn at The Meadows, or Gentle Path at The Meadows.
- Transportation: Transportation is offered by the resort to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The fee is $25 one way. Please schedule all transportation directly with hotel at 480.991.9000 or 800.528.0293. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service anywhere within a 5 miles radius. Fortunately this includes one of the best areas in all of Scottsdale. You can also find more information online at www.thescottsdaleresort.com/conferences/attendee_transport.
- Extended Stay Options: You are welcome to take advantage of a special room rate of $149.00 per night (plus tax and $20 per day resort fee) that is good for three nights before the retreat and three nights after the retreat. Please make those arrangements with Scottsdale Resort directly at 800.540.0727 and stating you are with The Meadows Alumni Retreat.
- Attire: Should be comfortable and casual. Temperatures in January can range from 70° in the day and 40° in the evening. Retreat activities include yoga and volleyball and require the appropriate attire. We will be hosting meals outdoor, if the weather permits. Other hotel amenities including the pool or golf also require appropriate attire.
- Caution: Please be mindful that we will be doing some emotional work and everyone’s recovery is sacred. Please refrain from any mind altering substances or behaviors that would jeopardize yours or anyone else’s recovery.
- Special Assistance: please let me know if you have any special needs, so we can make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. ADA rooms are available.
