HPD and SBS will host a no-cost capacity building course for M/WBE developers seeking networking opportunities and exposure to best practices in affordable housing development.  

Participants will have the opportunity to learn effective business planning, financial management, and strategies for winning and managing New York City Government-supported projects.*

The classes will be presented by panels of subject matter experts and will include topics that will lead you through the steps of affordable housing development.  Seating is limited.
