Come join Ben and Hannah Wolbach at our October Twilight Event! This month we will be at Skinny Dip Farm in Westport for an informative workshop on Storage Crops for Winter Sales. Ben and Hannah will be discussing growing and harvesting methods for fall root crops. We'll be learning about the best fall crops not only for eating, but selling through the winter. This workshop includes great farm tour, discussion and Q&A session. Networking to follow!
About Skinny Dip:
Hannah and Ben Wolbach have been farming for about 15 years. They started Skinny Dip Farm in 2011 after spending the previous 5 years managing Holly Hill Farm in Cohasset, MA. They are excited to finally have a farm of their own. Ben and Hannah are farming on leased land in Westport on Main Road, where this event will be taking place. Skinny Dip grows a wide range of certified organic vegetables, herbs and flowers and tries to sell as locally as possible.
