Tamron Nature Photography Primer & Shoot

September 26 and 27

Join us for a 2 hour class that will help you see nature in a new way.  With fall in the air, Jillian Bell will show you dynamic landscape compositions and how the use of lines changes the image.  Learn tricks the pros use to capture fall color, nature and wildlife; learn to look closer to discover the picture within the picture.  Go one step further with Jillian and learn how to create works of art on a smaller scale using macro and close up photography techniques. Get great insight on lens selection, filters and helpful accessories that will accelerate your learning process.

Saturday morning we’ll go out in the field to develop your technical skills and hone your vision. Shoot through the morning as guests of Rocky Creek Farm with the free loaner lenses from Tamron. Break for lunch on your own and feel free to take some time at the farm. Then, return to F-11 Photo for a group slideshow and critique. Share your favorites along with any images you may have questions about. The morning shoot is rain or shine, so come prepared for whatever Mother Nature dishes out.

Friday's classroom session begins at 5:30 p.m. September 26th at F-11 Photographic Supplies, 16 E. Main St., Downtown Bozeman.  Saturday, September 27th, the field session begins at 8 a.m. on location at Rocky Creek Farm. After the shoot, be downtown at F-11 Photo no later than 1 p.m. for critique—class will conclude by 3 p.m.  Call F-11 Photo at 586-3281 or visit f11photo.com and save your seat.  The cost of the class is just $69.99.  Learn by doing at F-11 Photo.
