About the Speaker: Teresa (Terri) Knudson, PMP, PgMP, is the Director of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) at Mayo Clinic. The EPMO was formed in 2008 to address the need for integrated, structured, and standardized approaches to managing the investment that Mayo Clinic has in their project portfolio. The EPMO oversees activities in the areas of PPM methodologies and standards, education and communication, project resourcing and consulting, system implementation and support services, and analysis and reporting.

Prior to this appointment, Terri worked in various departments throughout Mayo Clinic and was the project manager some of the largest system projects.  Terri has bachelor’s degrees in accounting and computer science and a master's degree in business administration.
