About Our Topic:

Cyber attacks, including data theft are not just a problem for big corporations; small businesses are often more vulnerable to such attacks due to lack of information, resources, and strategic partners. More than ever before, small businesses heavily rely on the Internet to conduct day-to-day business activities. Small businesses utilize computers and smartphones for email and other online business activities, including maintaining customer information, financial records, personal files, contracts, invoices, payroll, employee data, and proprietary information. Small businesses need to trust that the information they store and transmit electronically is secure and protected against internal and external threats, data loss, downtime, or disaster, such as flood and fire.

Our panelists will provide information on cyber security vulnerabilities and threats to small businesses, and discuss risk mitigation steps you can take to prevent cyber attacks.
