Robert O. Y. Warren Memorial Seminar 

The Delaware Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Delaware Academy of Medicine and the Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children co-sponsor this annual continuing education program in order to perpetuate Dr. Warren's memory. He left us with a legacy of devotion to the health and well-being of Children which we strive to convey.

COURSE REGISTRATION

Fees: The conference registration fee is $85 for physicians, nurses and allied health professionals. The fee for students and residents is $25, if registration is accompanied by a letter from the student’s/resident’s program director indicating that the student/resident is enrolled in the program. A senior discount is being offered to clinicians who have retired from active practice or who are over 65 years of age. That fee is $30. The fee includes all course material, refreshments and meals as noted on the schedule.

Registration: Advance registration is required and should be received by October 22, 2014. All registration received by this date will be confirmed in writing. Registration is limited and will be honored in the order of the date received.
