Language is powerful.  Communication styles are used to perceive, judge aned evaluate us.  As we move between the male and female cultures, we sometimes have to change how we behave or speak the language of the other gender to gain the best results.  Participants will learn about male and female styles of communication to deal with the complexity and diversity of both professional and personal situations in today's world.  Embracing the recognized differences will result in effective communications to reach greater goals together and increase productivity.
