US-India Economic Relations
and Business Opportunities

WNG International Roundtable

Wednesday, October 15, 2014
4:00 PM - 6:15 PM

Please join the WNG International Roundtable when we meet with Sanjeev Joshipura, a US-India business consultant recently returned from a three-week, seven-city business tour of India during which he met with 60 corporate doyens and public policy experts. We look forward to discussing with Sanjeev current US-India economic relations and business opportunities.

About this Roundtable Discussion:

WNG roundtable meetings offer ample opportunity for discussion with our guest speakers. In this session, Sanjeev Joshipura will share his insights and help us answer a number of questions: Whether, under the recently elected and highly popular Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is poised to move into overdrive? What do India's political establishment and Indian businesses want from the United States? How does the Unites States perceive India and Indian industry? What was discussed at the first bilateral meeting between President Obama and Prime Minister Modi in late September in Washington, DC? How does India need to further reform its economy to regain and sustain high growth? What does your organization need to know about India, and why do you need to know it? We look forward to an engaging discussion.
