Objectives: 
1. Understand the upregulation of Benzodiazepine and Opioid receptors and their consequences.
2. Describe the potential of Benzodiazepines and Narcotics to cause delirium in the elderly.
3. Recognize the advantages and  problems associated with the prescribing of non-addicting agents for Anxiety, Sleep and Pain
