The SLD Ministry Cohorts seek to provide transformational Christian leadership development for leaders across the Southern Territory (officers, local officers, employees, etc.).

  • Cohort Intensive 1: Focused Living ~ Clarifying Your Life Direction
Focused Living, the first module in the series, focuses on purpose, vision and core values. It is an experiential discovery process that assists a Christ-follower in discovering and clarifying their LIFE DIRECTION and PERSONAL CALLING. It is for leaders seeking greater focus and clarity of their calling, and especially those in their 20's-30's.
  • Cohort Intensive 2: APEX ~ Clarifying Your Contribution
APEX, the second module in the series, focuses on clarity of major role and unique contribution. It is designed to help a leader gain perspective on his/her life, and climb oa new understanding of what it is that God is calling them to contribute for His Kingdom. It is for leaders seeking personal clarity and/or those in transition needing insight into what's next, and especially for those in their 40's-50's.

  • Cohort Intensive 3: Resonance ~ The Call to Finish Well
Finishing Well, the third module in the series, focuses on legacy, contribution and finishing well. It will help leaders identify that which rings true in terms of their influence throughout life, and how leaders can deposit their insights and learning into others. It is for leaders who want to develop a strategy to finish well, and especially for those in their 60's-70's.

The Pathway to Healthy Leadership: Living a Life of Comprehensive Stewardship is designed to equip leaders for healthy leadership through exploring ways of managing all areas of health in a God-honoring way. It will provide a time for intentional reflection, refocus and renewal of health for the body, mind and spirit. We will examine the connection of how achieving optimal physical, mental and spiritual health will enable greater capacity for effective ministry.

  • Emotionally Healthy Leadership:
Facilitated by Dr. Karen Hurula, this module examines the connection of spiritual and emotional maturity and how to realize an emotionally healthy spirituality (based on the writing of Peter Scazzero).

  • Healthy Living and Leadership:
UNFORTUNATELY THIS MODULE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR THIS YEAR DUE TO RECENT ILLNESS & RECOVERY FOR THE FACILITATOR.
Please join us in praying for a quick recovery for Denise over the next few weeks.
Facilitated by nutritutionist Denise Kennedy, this module examines the connection of how achieving optimal physical, mental and spiritual health will enable greater capacity for effective ministry.

If you are interested in learning more about the role of physical, mental and spiritual wellness in your life as a leader, we invite you to join us on this journey toward Healthy Leadership.
