4th Annual Root Down Community Supper -

Fall Harvest Feast 

Community Supper is a quarterly farm-to-table event that gathers people to celebrate seasonal local food and conviviality over a locally-sourced meal. The volunteer-supported event is a collaborative effort between a myriad of local farms, chefs, restaurants and food carts committed to supporting local farmers.

This meal proudly prepared and presented by Chef Bethlyn Rider of Bethlyn's Global Fusion with chef Gordon Benzer and served by the Acedemy of Sisters and Boys and Girls Club of Central Oregon.

Appetizer:

Local cheese platter with Pate, pickled beets & Sparrow bread

 

First Course:

Savory Squash Soup


Second Course:

Green salad with gouda, carrots sage, tomatoes and savory vinegrette

 

Entree:

Cedar Plank Coho Salmon with Reisling Apple Compote

Whipped Potatoes

Winter squash roasted vegetables


Dessert:

One Sky Chai Ice Cream with candied hazelnuts and Dulce de Leche Drizzle
