STEP is collaborating with the Tennessee Department of Education and Northeast State Community College to provide a day-long Transition Institute.
This event is the place for students, parents, teachers, and service providers to find answers to their questions, make connections, and receive tools to use that will help ensure students exit high school prepared to live, work, and participate fully in their community!
Our goal is to provide you with the tools and information necessary to empower young adults with disabilities to successfully transition from high school to adulthood.
The Institute will be offered in two parts: a morning session and an evening session. You are welcome to register for one session or to join us for both.
The information and resources that will be provided at these events will help folks of all abilities lead more successful and independent adult lives.
