John A Passante:   Author of "The Human Side, Human Touch Leadership    in a High Tech World", is CAWA's Keynote speaker for our Annual Dinner. Mr.      Passante is the President and CEO of Brenton Productions, as well as the President and CEO of the Organizational Development Group, Inc, which specializes in recruiting, coaching, change management and culture enhancement. His new book: “The Human Side, High-Touch Leadership in a High-Tech World” challenges readers to look at the human side of leadership, in light of the unprecedented information age, where technology can sometimes isolate employees from personal contact with their leaders. John has an extensive career in our industry. He was Senior Vice President at Carquest, Senior Vice President at Moog Automotive and Global Senior Director at Delphi, and is quite passionate about our industry and the people in it.
