The Radisson Hotel is offering BC Equine Education Summit attendees a special room rate of $109/night.  To ensure this rate please state you are a delegate attending the HORSE COUNCIL BC event when making your reservation.

Complimentary parking is available for all Summit delegates on the 5th level of the parkade in the blue zone only, and directly in front of the Radisson Hotel. Guests must register their car license plate with the front desk on check in. Complimentary Airport shuttle to and from Vancouver International Airport

Important Parking Information

Everyone is welcome to park on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floor (blue zone ONLY) of the Hotel Parking lot. Please DO NOT park in red zone on 5th floor and in logs of yaohan and T&T. 

Parking in unsecured gravel lot from: 

6:00pm Friday March 13 to 6:00am Monday March 15 for OVERSIZED TRUCKS only.

Vehicles must be moved by 6:00 am Monday or the city of Richmond will tow you!

This lot is a five minute walk from the Radisson Hotel and available free of charge for attendees. Location Diagram attached.
