Our presenter, Rowland Martin, is a former legal advisor with the U.S. Federal Coomunications Commission and its Small Business Advisory Committee.  He later worked as a Director of Station Relations and attorney for NBC-4 in New York, NY, and was a legal consultant to Adelphia Cable Communications, Inc. in the field of employment pratctices liability.  He was an entertainment law instructor for the San Anttonio College Business Program from 2006 to 2009.
