Workshop Presenter: Coach Frank Dolan
Sports and Fitness Performance founder Frank Dolan, is a strength and conditioning specialist andperformance coach. Frank specializes in enhancing athletic ability through movement-based training. In addition to working with the New York Yankees, Frank has consulted with several collegiate and high school sports programs, and has been a popular guest lecturer at St. John’s University, where he presents fitness training concepts for optimal performance in work and sport. Frank is an FMS Expansion Team Presenter, an Equinox Fitness Training Institute Tier 4 educator. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is a CSCS from the NSCA. He teaches as an adjunct professor in the Fitness Specialist Program at Suffolk County Community College and is the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Bay Shore High School in NY.
