Alberta Barley Annual General Meeting

Join us at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta for Alberta Barley’s 23^rd Annual General Meeting from December 10–11, 2014.

Alberta Barley’s AGM begins with our signature pub tour in downtown Banff on the evening of Wednesday, December 10. The official AGM then takes place on Thursday, December 11, followed by a banquet that evening.

Interested? Attendees are encouraged to book a hotel room under our room block at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel at a special rate of $135 per night plus tax. You can book your room by calling the hotel directly at 403-762-2211, and let them know you are booking under “Alberta Barley.”

Additional charges at the hotel include:

• $12 per person service charge, plus tax, per day to cover porterage, housekeeping and conference services (no tipping required!)
• $17 per day for self-parking (not valet) 

In addition to the hotel expenses, after much deliberation, Alberta Barley is charging a $295 registration fee this year. This fee was created to offset our growing expenses from hosting an event for 120+ people, and we can promise that it will be well worth your investment.
