The Venture Jobs Foundation is a 501.c.3 public charity that invests in small businesses bringing jobs to distressed neighborhoods. We periodically organize events addressing knowledge or skills important to the growth of regional businesses.
Join us at a VJF expert presentation and panel that will benefit those interested in maximizing the underlying financial and operational value of their business.
Growing businesses face negotiations and transasctions critical to their progress. These include key licensing agreements, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and buyins or buyouts ssociated with management succession or liquidity interests. In all cases, stronger underlying business value improves the likelihood of success.
Join us in a program offering registrants an advance opportunity to assess and score their current business value using Core Value, a proprietary methodology developed in association with MIT.
The underlying Core Value methodology will be reviewed at the event. Key areas of improvement will be highlighted and aggregate registrant scores will be contrasted with a large national database. Each registrant will learn the key areas where improvement should most significantly impact the value of their businesses.
Following the presentation, a professional panel will discuss representative growth related transactions and how strong business value, or the lack of it, influenced the outcome.
A Q&A session will follow the panel comments to allow registrants to address issues unique to their business.
