In this class we will: 

Create sacred space where trust between participants will provide a safe haven for personal transformation.

Learn how to express our innermost feelings and thoughts through the use of visual art, theatre, movement and sound/voice both individually and as a group

Apply the self discoveries we have made to create and then receive unique individually tailored body work that addresses your bodies holding patterns

Begin the process of repatterning your bodies nervous, muscular and skeletal systems
