Inventors Circle September Seminar

Join us for the next Inventors Circle Meeting! We have a great evening planned with an interesting speaker, another 'Needs & Offers' session and plenty of time to meet other fellow Members.

Main Speaker

        Peter Mol

             Owner at CONSTRAINTS CONSULTING, LTD

              Innovation, Execution & Velocity
1. A brief introduction to innovation in a capitalist market & society.
2. Turning innovation into Cash within time to re-innovate.
3. C(ash) = I(nnovation)*E(execution)2 - Increasing Innovation Velocity. -       "C=I*E2" - (Copyright 2014)

"Peter has been studying the Theory of Constraints, ever since 2001, when one of his co-workers at Cordys (now Open Text) handed him a copy of "Necessary but not sufficient". Since then Peter has been a student of, and consultant to many industries, including aluminum, brass, copper, retail, steel foundries, engineering firms, automotive, food, and material handling companies. Peter works with mid and C-Level management (teams) and helps them increase the throughput and level of performance of the organization; Utilizing a Process of OnGoing Improvement, leading to a competitive advantage. This enables the organization's sales to grow (much) faster than its operating expenses. This is then called an 'Ever-flourishing Company'. Peter's experience and knowledge is rooted in daily interactions with presidents, vice-presidents, maintenance, plant, project and production managers. Throughout the years, Peter has had the opportunity to provide value and reliable solutions for 100's of plants. Industries include: automotive, fabrication, food, plastics, stamping, aluminum, steel, etc... - As a speaker his favorite presentation topics are: The Total Theory of Constraints, and Critical Chain Project Management."

New Session - Repeat!

                       Needs & Offers

During this part of our seminar, several Members will have a chance to briefly explain what they NEED to achieve the next step in the development of their invention. Anyone in the audience can then respond and OFFER a service, equipment or a means to match the inventor's NEED.

Matching NEEDS with OFFERS may well become an effective, economical and resourceful way to help our Member-inventors accelerate the development process.  Please, come prepared with a clear and reasonable request.   Avoid describing or showing anything that can be considered disclosure.

Direct any questions or participation to my contact info in the left column.

Thank you,

 Bob
