IECEx Competency Training

Whether you are an engineering firm designing a natural gas plant, or are a skid manufacturer supplying product to a jobsite in Europe, Australia, Middle East, or Brazil…  if you’re not careful, small errors can create big and costly issues.  This seminar is specific to those engineering firms and equipment manufacturers working (or interested in working) to service the hazardous location environments of the Oil, Gas, and Chemical  markets in internationally.

STAHL Ltd., a recognized leader in ATEX and IECEx standards and certifications will be conducting a 1-day seminar aimed at those involved at every level of the safety and design of the Oil, Gas, and Chemical facilities located in areas requiring international certifications.  Training material, lunch, and a light breakfast will be provided.

About The Instructor

Prof. Thorsten Arnhold Chairman of the IECEx Organization. Having studied electronics at the University of Dresden. He made his PhD at the same university with the development of technologies for hybrid integrated circuits. His experience includes Quality Manager at Commodore Computers in Braunschweig and an extensive career with R. STAHL including Quality Director, Director of Design and Markering and VP for technology. Prof. Arnhold has a Diploma of Marketing from S. Gallen Business School and is a teacher for marketing at the Jena University of Applied Science.
