David is President of Vector Corrosion Technologies Ltd. and is past chairman of ACI (American concrete Institute) E706: Repair Application Procedures and ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute) Corrosion Committee: Electrochemical Techniques.

Tore Arnesen, PE, SE, Nace Certified Tester has over 30 years of structural design experience to include repair, rehabilitation, and strengthening of structures, as well as design of corrosion protection systems for extending service life to existing structures. Member of various ASCE/SEI std committees, to include ASCE 11 & 30; Guideline for Structural Condition Assessment of Existing Buildings and Building Envelopes
