Parent and Child Class begins Friday, November 7th -7 week session 

A wonderful introduction to Waldorf education! This class is for parents and young children ages 18 months to 4 years. Limited space available. Register today! These classes are each Friday beginning November 7th and will run for 7 weeks.

This class offers insight into how to celebrate the natural world and seasonal festivals during circle time while children are learningn through music and rhyme.  Games and movement activities engage both large and fine motor coordination.  Stories an dpuppet plays nourish the child's imagination and provide rich material for creative play.

The November Session offers attendees the ability to participate in the Spiral of Light festival on November 30th.  During this festival, a spiral of evergreens is placed in a darkened community space and children and parents will walk the spiral to the center where they light a candle.  Together they walk back out of the spiral and place the lit candle along the path.  This symbolizes the courage within us all to find light within ourselves during the dark days of winter and to share the light with others.
