Cost of Course includes lunch and Introduction to the FDM book.
Physicians and approved mid-level providers with physician sponsor $650

The American FDM Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to sponsor CME for physicians.  Credit will be applied for through both the AOA and AAFP.  Similar programs have been approved for up to 20 hours.

Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
