U6/U8 & U10 -- On-Ice 8-9:00am Intro to Yoga Class 9:20-10:10am
U12 & U14 -- On-Ice 9:15-10:15am Intro to Yoga Class 10:35-11:25am
High School U16/U18 & Adult (18 yrs.+) -- On-Ice 10:30-11:30am Intro to Yoga Class 11:50am-12:40pm

Please Keep In Mind...
Space is limited to 60 Skaters & 4 Goalies per on-ice session. Intro to Yoga classes are limited to 40 people per session.
Each age group will be broken into smaller groups of roughly 6-10 players based on overall numbers & playing experience.
Goaltenders will receive specific goalie instruction.
Full equipment is REQUIRED. Players must provide their own jersey, pinnies will be provided.
Walk-up registrations will be accepted on Monday Dec. 22 as long as there is space available. Check www.greenmountaindevelopment.com for availability.
