The belts are back up for grabs so get ready to rumble in the 2nd Annual Tag Team Throwdown!

This is a team event and will consist of Rx, Scaled, and Masters divisions for men and women. All teams must consist of 2 males or 2 females. Division standards are as follows:

Rx Teams Men and Women:
Clean and Jerk (155/115)
Box Jumps (24/20)
KBS (70/53)
DL (225/155)
Double Unders
Pull Ups
Snatch (135/85)
T2B
HSPU
Partner Carry
Rowing

Scaled & Masters Teams Men and Women:
Clean and Jerk (135/85)
Box Jumps (24/20)
KBS (53/35)
DL (185/115)
Singles
*Pull Ups 
Snatch (95/65)
Sit-ups
Hand Released Push Ups
Partner Carry
Rowing

*for the pull ups, jumping or banded pull ups are an option if neither of the teammates are able to do a pull up. 

Scaled division; if any of the standards need to be modified you can let your judge know before hand.

Registration will be done by team and the total team cost is $110 (exclusive competitor shirts included for each competitor). Registration will open on 10/24/14 at 7 AM and will close on 11/21/14 at 11 PM. Prizes will be awarded to the top Rx, Scaled, and Masters teams in each divsion. The event sold out fast last year so dont wait to register!
