Meeting Hotel Information

A discounted room rate of $159, exclusive of taxes, is offered at the Omni William Penn Hotel hotel until 17-April at 5pm Eastern Time, based on availability within the room block. The room block dates are 16-May through 22-May; the group rate will be extended three days before and after the room block dates, if rooms are available. Book reservations using Group Code 17000610579.

In room Internet is complimentary for rooms reserved at the group rate, and for Omni Select Guest members. Overnight parking rates are: Valet parking $33; self parking $18 per weekday night / $5 per weekend night. Self parking is in a city-owned garage and does not include in/out priviledges.

Hotel Reservation, Cancellation and Early Departure Policies

Guests may change their arrival date, length of stay or cancel a reservation entirely up to 72 hours before check in without penalty. 

Individuals who cancel a reservation less than 72 hours before check in will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's room and tax. Individuals who change their arrival date less than 72 hours before check in may be charged for their previously reserved first night at the discretion of the hotel. Failure to claim a reservation (No-Show) will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's room and tax. This charge will be posted to the individual guest credit card provided to guarantee the room reservation.

The Omni charges an Early Departure Fee equivalent to one night's room and tax for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date.

Any individual who attends any part of this interim meeting must register and pay a meeting fee. Meeting registration is not transferrable. Registration and meeting fee options are as follow:

Early Registration (Before 11:59pm EDT Tuesday April 21, 2015)

• $350 US for attendees staying at Omni William Penn Hotel (Omni)
• $500 US for Pittsburgh, PA residents with legal proof of local address
• $650 US for all other attendees (those not registered at Omni or without proof of local residency)

Standard Registration (April 22, 2015 until 11:59pm EDT Monday May 11, 2015)

• $575 US for attendees staying at Omni William Penn Hotel (Omni)
• $725 US for Pittsburgh, PA residents with legal proof of local address
• $775 US for all other attendees (those not registered at Omni or without proof of local residency)

Late/Onsite Registration (After 11:59pm EDT Monday May 11, 2015)

• $625 US for attendees staying at Omni William Penn Hotel (Omni)
• $825 US for all other attendees (those not registered at Omni)

The meeting fee covers AV equipment, network/Internet services, power hook-ups for laptop computers, continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshments, and meeting services and supplies.

The combined hotel room stays of 802.1 and 802.3 attendees covers the meeting rooms themselves. For this reason, anyone who is not a registered guest at the Omni William Penn Hotel must pay a higher meeting fee than attendees staying at the meeting hotel. The correct meeting fee must be paid prior to receiving your badge, which permits entrance to scheduled sessions.
