We are waiting on final payment from a few applications.  You can still Pre-Register below if you would like to get on a wait-list.  If tables re-open, you will be contacted to complete your final registration.

Esto Vir Exhibitor Pre-Registration

If you would like to exhibit at the 2015 Esto Vir Conference, your first step is to pre-register here. Once your Pre-Registration is approved, you will be sent a link for Final Registration. 

Due to limited number of available tables, approvals will be on a first-come, first-served basis.  Preference will be given to those who have exhibited the prior year.  The primary goal for the exhibit should be to enhance the faith journey of conference attendees.  All exhibitor organizations must be in good standing with the Church. 

All tables are 6' long.  Table pricing is as follows:

1 Table (includes registration for 1 Person) - $70

2 Tables (includes registration for 2 People) - $140

3 Tables (includes registration for 2 People) - $180

4 Tables (includes registration for 2 People) - $220

Please note:  you will not be billed during the Pre-Registration process, only at Final Registration.
