The Real Property Management system has grown to over 250 local franchise offices in 46 states, managing tens of thousands of properties worth billions of dollars.  This February, we join together to celebrate our collective success and discuss how we will continue to grow in 2015 and beyond.

At this year’s conference your fellow franchisees will be featured speakers.  You will hear from numerous Real Property Management franchise owners who have excelled at various aspects of running a successful property management firm.  You will hear first-hand what has worked for them and what has not.  There will be plenty of time to ask questions and participate in group discussions.  Plus, due to popularity at past conferences, there will be two small group breakout sessions for discussing various business challenges experienced in the field.  

As in the past, you will also hear industry, marketing, sales and operational updates; meet our suppliers and vendors; spend time with your Advisory Council representative; and enjoy our annual Awards Banquet.

AIR TRAVEL

The airport closest to the Marriott Dallas is Dallas Love Field (DAL) (10 miles). The next closest airport is Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) (21 miles).

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

The Marriott Dallas/Addison Quorum is located 15-20 minutes from the Dallas Love Field Airport. Taxi fares total approximately $20-$30 one way.

The hotel is also 20-30 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Taxi fares total approximately $50-$60 one way.

Shuttles are available from both DAL & DFW, but reservations are recommended. GOAirportShuttle.com offers fares to/from DAL/DFW starting at $19.

For guests using their personal vehicle or a rental car, self-parking is $14 per day.
