End of the Year Celebration 2014
This year, the Indiana Immunization Coalition is privileged to host the following presenters at our celebration!
Katie Van Tornhout will tell her personal story about losing her child to pertussis.
Dr. Thomas Slama, an Infectious Disease specialist and past president of the Infectious Disease Society of American will present on adult vaccinations.
Keep your eyes out for information on our 3rd speaker!!
This event will include lunch, an award ceremony, and a silent auction - so please plan on attending to learn and celebrate with the Indiana Immunization Coalition!

We are now taking nominations for the four awards that will be presented at the celebration.
