We will watch the Rosa Parks Story (2002), starring Angela Basset, and discuss the legal issues surrounding the Montgomery Bus Boycott.

Judge Diane Shelley will speak on Browder v. Gayle, the landmark US Supreme Court decision which found that Alabama's segregated buses violated the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.
