8th Annual Candlelight Remembrance 

Register by midnight on NOVEMBER 30 to have your child's name included in our Annual Candlelight Remembrance event's printed program. Registration will close on Nov 30th.

You do not have to be present to have your child included, please simply RSVP for "0" people and a program will be mailed to you after the event.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• As always, our memorial event is free to attend.
• The event program will begin promptly at 6:00 PM.
• Please note this is a family event, and children will be present.
• Make sure to dress for the weather as we are outdoors for this event!
• There is a hot cocoa reception right afterward, just across the street at the Parker United Methodist Church.

By registering for this event: I hereby waive any right or cause of action arising as a result of my participation in The Rowan Tree Foundation’s Event (“Event”), including transportation if provided, from which any liability may or could accrue against the Rowan Tree Foundation or the directors, volunteers and staff, collectively or individually as well as event sponsors or other partnering entities. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I agree that this waiver shall include any rights or causes of action resulting from personal injury to me or damage to my property sustained in connection with my activities during the Event.

I also hereby authorize and consent that The Rowan Tree Foundation has the right to copyright, publish, use, sell or assign any and all photographic pictures, videos and/or sound recordings taken or made of me or my party may be included in whole or part during the Event. I grant permission to The Rowan Tree Foundation to allow these images and/or recordings to be put to legitimate use at their discretion. I relinquish all rights, title or interest to any furnished products, reproductions or facsimiles.
