Learn how you can more effectively present your case to the judge and jurors by using different kinds of visuals and technology. From scanned exhibits to timelines and 3D animations, the basic elements of visual trial preparation and presentation are demonstrated.
Barkley is approved by CA, NV, IL, and NY (non-transitional) State Bars to conduct this eMCLE. Other state bars may not approve this credit; however all are welcome to attend. One general M/CLE credit awarded.
