Join your friends and neighbors for this ‘hands-on’ event as local crafters teach you how to make great upcycled crafts just in time for the holidays. Upcycling is the process of using scrap materials to create something useful or, in this case, fun and beautiful. You will leave the event with two upcycled crafts and the knowledge to make more. *
All participants must register.
Children are welcome - please register children so we have an accurate head count.
* Here are the crafts being offered and some items you should bring to create these crafts: (You will have time to create two of three crafts.)
1. Tube-sock snowman: bring a thick tube sock, buttons and some scrap fabric. (shown above)
2. T-shirt scarf: bring 2-3 old t-shirts (preferably XL sizes)
