Registration Fee
Registration Fee of 150 EUR for the two day symposium includes:
• Symposium proceedings
• Welcome reception Tuesday night
• Lunch and coffee breaks for all symposium days
• Symposium dinner on Wednesday 7 p.m.

Travel Awards for Young Researchers
A limited number of travel awards for young researchers (Ph.D. students and postdoctoral students) will be available.
For application, please submit an abstract as presenting author along with a CV to: JRC-ITU-AIT@ec.europa.eu.
Deadline for abstract submission is March 1, 2015.

Participants who would like to prolong their stay in Warsaw for the weekend (May 22-24) will receive special rates at Metropol Hotel (55,- €/night) and Hotel Polonia Palace (80,- €/night).
Cancellation after March 31: 50 EUR + potential costs for transfer/wiring.
We may cancel an event due to commercial or organizational reasons. In this case, we will refund all attendance fees which already have been paid. We will not refund any additional charges arising from the participant having to cancel or rebook transportation or accommodation which he or she arranged.
We would like to point out the possibility of booking business rates with transport companies such as DB or airlines that can be canceled free of charge, or of taking out a seminar cancellation expenses insurance.
