Social Media 102: You're Social, Now What?

This workshop will give you a closer look at the popular social media networks – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google+. We’ll show you the benefits of using each, how other organizations are marketing with them, and some dos and don’ts of each channel. You’ll also get tips on how to tell if your social media activity is working.

Joanne Randall is the Owner and CEO of Leap Year Marketing and the Host of Marketing Mojo Radio.
Joanne graduated from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire and has spent the last 25 years working in management and business. Her background includes management, sales, marketing, retail, human resources, and small business social media development. She has been asked to speak to various groups, including Market Place Connections, and has participated in various panel discussions for Women Inspiring Women and the Division of Resources and Economic Development. Joanne has guest lectured at the University of New Hampshire and Plymouth State University. She has been a guest on radio and television throughout New Hampshire and has had numerous articles written about her and her radio show.
