This 3 Part Workshop Series will teach each athlete how to:

• position himself/herself as a brand that will appeal to sponsors;
• develop a plan of action to seek and secure sponsorship
• leverage the relastionships in her/his circle of influence

Only 15 athletes will be accepted into this workshop series.

WHEN & WHERE

Tuesdays, January 13, 20 and 27
from 7:00pm to 8:30pm
at the PacificSport Fraser Valley Main Office
Suite 225, 7888 200th Street, in the Langley Events Centre

FEES

PacificSport Registered Athletes: $50 registration fee (fully reimbursible see below)

General Registrants: $110 registration fee (non-refundable)

ACCOUNTABILITY

Athletes under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/coach while attending the workshops. The workshops are interactive, and participation is expected from parents/coaches
and athletes. If an athlete is unable to attend one or more workshops due to her/his competition schedule, please contact Sherry Hunt for options prior to registration. 

There will be assignments during the workshops and for homework. After the workshop series PacificSport athletes will be expected to approach a few potential sponsors and report back.

Reimbursable Fee for PacificSport Athletes:

We want to invest in you, but only if you are making our investment worth it by USING the service being offered. So, there is a fee to help guarantee your commitment to attend the seminars and use the skills that will be taught; however, the fee can be fully reimbursed:

$25 reimbursement after 3 sessions have been attended by the athlete; the remaining $25 will be reimbursed after the athlete shows how they have put into practice the skills learned during the series.
