In this FREE workshop, singers age 10-17 will review the basics of making a great sound using your whole body to make vocal music. Students will also learn the fundamentals of singing soulfully in the styles of jazz and blues.
Outstanding vocalists from the workshop will be invited to participate in Zah! The Jazz Drama Program Ensemble, a group that receives ongoing professional training in singing, acting and dance and performs in the New York City area.
The workshop will be led by Somatic Voicework, the Lovetri Method(tm) founder Jeanie LoVetri, and Jazz Drama Program Artistic Director Eli Yamin.
Due to limited space, this workshop is for students who did not attend previous workshops.
Parent/guardians must fill out their information on behalf of your child and bring your child to the workshop on December 15.
We look forward to seeing you!
