This workshop is designed to walk students through the process of developing financial projections for their proposed business model. Step-by-step instruction for preparing projected Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements for inclusion in their Business Plan will be covered.

Instructor: Glen Sisk
Glen is a senior financial manager with extensive financial and operational management experience. He has directed client projects for a national consulting firm as well as serving as an independent consultant. He has served in interim CFO and Controllership roles, including start up ventures. Glen has developed M&A due diligence and integration processes as well as delivering bid, acquisition, and integration support. He has played key roles identifying and implementing significant revenue, collections, and cost improvement opportunities. Experience includes consulting and management roles in retail, distribution, financial services, telecom, manufacturing, food services and health care sectors. MBA, Six Sigma Black Belt.
