 About the Speaker:


Donna DeGrande, is founder and CEO of HR Solutions Partners, a successful full-servicehuman resources consulting and recruiting firm.

She has more than 25 years of organizational development and human resources experience in a number of diverse industries.

As an executive human resources consultant, she focuses on organization planning and  coaching, leadership development, and training for service industries ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
 

Her consulting clients include over 200 Northern California companies. In addition,she has held executive level HR positions with FutureNext Technology, CoreTechnology, PRIMARY Worldwide, SCVTA, Santa Clara County, Kaiser and Ford Motor Motor Company. Her executive responsibilities encompassed all aspects of human resources and organizational development.

Ms. DeGrande earned her bachelor of science degree in human relations and organizational development from the University of San Francisco.
