Douglas Germann, Esq. and Jennifer VanderVeen, Esq. will discuss the recent changes in Medicaid and provide an overview of Medicaid law and strategy, including Millers Truests, nursing home Medicaid, lookback, snapshot, spend down, penalty periods and exemptions.

A buffet lunch will be included.  The Italian Buffet will include Lemon Garlic Chicken, Vegetable Lasagna, bistro roasted vegetables, Italian Chopped Salad, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread, Iced tea and water.
