Pricing is ALL INCLUSIVE except gratuity.  

Category 1-2 rooms are $999.00

Category 3-4 rooms are $1199.00

Category 5 room is $1399.00

Terms and conditions:

• A soft hold for a room inquiry can be held for 24 hours only.  Deposit or full payment must be made within 24 hours in order to reserve a room.  Deposits for reservations 30 days or greater from date of event is 85% refundable.  For deposits 7-30 days from date of event is 50% refundable.  Full payment must be completed by 7 days prior to arrival.  There will be no refunds within 7 days of arrival for the event.
• Riders over 250 pounds please notify me immediately so we can make appropriate horse arrangements.  Southern Cross reserves the right to deny riding to anyone.
• There is no smoking in guest rooms.  Smoking only allowed in designated outside areas.
• No pets in guest rooms.  
• If you would like to bring your own horse, ask me for a different rate.  You may rent a stall for your horse in the barn.  You must show a current coggins.
