Assagini

Scallops encrusted with toasted pistachio, then fried crispy and drizzled with agro dolce sauce and served over frizzy lettuce.

Pasta

Tritico Cannelloni stuffed with veal, pork and lean ground beef, ricotta, mozzarella, parmigiana and marscarpone cheese served in a blush cream sauce with shallots and roma tomatoes.

Salad

Mixed baby greens including arugula, frizzy baby spinach and radicchio, with dried cranberry and roasted walnuts drizzled with champagne vinaigrette.

Intermezzo

Lemon Sorbetto garnished with berries and mint.
