Pre-meeting Training (January 28, 2015):                  

Strategic Partnering: The Role of the Selection Analyst in the Hiring Process is an interactive that course explores the fundamental value of the parties involved in the hiring process – our subject matter experts, the human resources department, and us as the testing professionals.  Through lecture, discussion, and exercises, we’ll complete a journey through practical and innovative ways to maximize the people side of the hiring process, discussing ways to expand our current approaches, integrate common sense, and strategically address challenges we may encounter with melding the people pieces of the hiring process.  Focusing on best practices and the critical elements of the hiring process, this course will offer insights from the standpoint of the “who’s” we deal with in making the hiring process a success.

Training Registration:   
Early registration (by January 13) will be $175/members, or $225/non-members
Late registration (after January 13) $200/members or $250/non-members

DR. WRIPAC is a professional networking event that gives our members and guests an opportunity to socialize and get to know one another outside of the meeting.

We will be enjoying private bowling, billiards, sports TV, appetizers and drinks in the Back Alley Event Room at Strikes Unlimited in Rocklin, the premier bowling destination in Rocklin.  

    

Tickets are available for $25 per person, which includes appetizers, unlimited soda, an adult beverage and plenty of games, fun and networking with your fellow WRIPAC attendees.
