Registration Fees

Cancellations, Refunds, Transfers

You may cancel your registration without cause by modifying your online registration or contacting Kathleen Richmond at registration@illinoisena.org for a full refund, minus a non-refundable $25 administrative fee, on or before March 16, 2015. After this deadline, refunds are subject to the following Refund Policy:

Cancellations after April 3, 2014, will not be eligible for a refund. There are no refunds for student fees. No refund may exceed the amount paid.

In the event that you are unable to attend the meeting, your registration is transferable at no additional charge. Contact Kathleen Richmond at registration@illinoisena.org if you wish to transfer your registration to another person.

To reserve online, access www.hiltonlislenaperville.com and proceed to the reservations tab. Enter arrival and departure dates as requested. On the right in the “Special Accounts and Rates” column, enter your group code under the “Group Code” tab. Your group name and rate should display moving forward.
