Conference Registration Fees :

The registration fee includes all conference materials, program, conference presenters/entertainment, use of Embassy Suites conference facilities, Friday night opening session/social with heavy hors d'oeuvres, Saturday luncheon, and Saturday night banquet. 

Rate Table:  Fees and Due Dates

Kiwanis members can register a non-member guest for the full conference at member rates (see table above), or just for the Saturday night banquet.  The cost for only the Sat. night banquet is $49.50.

* Please do not mail registrations after January 21st.  All mailed registrations must be received by January 27th to be processed in advance.  Otherwise, your registration will be processed on-site. 

** There is no guarantee that food functions will be available for your attendance if you register on-site; seating and food service will be on a first registered basis after January 21st until we have reached the maximum number we can accommodate.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will be made for any registration cancelled in writing to:

Refund requests must be mailed, and postmarked by January 10, 2015.

We will not be able to accommodate any refund requests for any reason after January 10, 2015.  Any cancellations after January 10, 2015, will result in no refunds of the registration fee; in the event of a last minute emergency, substitutions will be accommodated.  You are responsible for cancelling or modifying your own hotel reservations.
