Ray Gadd is a licensed school psychologist and currently serves as Deputy      Superintendent of Pasco County Schools.  Prior to rejoining the school district, he served as the CEO of Gulf Coast Jewish Family & Community Services, the 13th larges non-profit in the Tampa Bay area.  He is a past-presitdent of the FLorida Association of School Psychologists, past Board member of the National Conference of Christians and Jews, past president of the Pasco Pediatric Foundation, past member of Gulfside Hospice Board, past member of the USF Advisory Council Children and Family Services, past member of the Florida Coalition for Children.  He currently serves as treasurer for the Central Florida Behavioral Health Network, and board member for Youth and Family Alternatives and the Angelus House.

Ray is a frequent presenter at local churches, synagogues and schools.  Ray's discussions examine, in both a humorous and serious manner, the characteristics of parents that lead to raising successful children.  Specifically, Ray examines what parents can do to help their children succeed and also, how to keep children on the right track.  Ray's emphasis is on taking charge of children, the importance of values, negotiable and nonnegotiable rules and the often misunderstood meaning of supervision.  Ray also addresses issues related to youth violence, cultural influences, Attention Deficit Disorder, classroom management, family communication and rituals, big hugs, and the power of touch.
