Family Law Seminar: “High Conflict Mediations" 

Michael Jenuwine, J.D., PhD. & Jennifer Ihns, Notre Dame Law School and Notre Dame Clinical Law Center,will discuss all aspects of the Structuring the High Conflict Mediation. They will discuss types of conflict resolution, why high conflict clients need more structure, and how structure can help. Then we will delve into "The Structure" itself and what it should include to be most effective in the mediation process.
